Kendrick’s (The Buccaneer Resort, 5007 Shoys, Christiansted, St. Croix) – once located in the heart of historic Christiansted in an old Danish Great House, Kendrick’s (which originally opened in 1986) and quickly gaining a solid reputation for excellent food, relocated to The Buccaneer Resort by 2014. The menu ranges from enticing appetizers, salads, fabulous entrees like grilled rack of lamb, and home made desserts. Special dishes always include fresh local seafood.
